User persona

User personas are fictitious depictions of a product’s intended market, complete with characteristics like as needs, wants, and preferences. Finding trends in the consumers’ behavior and opinions is necessary for creating user personas. Product managers may better understand their customers with the aid of these personas and create solutions that cater to their demands. Product managers can customize their goods to match the particular demands and preferences of each consumer segment by establishing personas.

Contrarily, a competitive analysis is a thorough investigation of a product’s rivals. It entails investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the competitors, examining their goods and services, and locating market gaps that the product can fill.
